Access to healthcare remains a critical challenge in rural Uganda. Many communities must travel over 20 kilometers to reach the nearest health facility. This project aims to build a fully equipped community health center providing primary healthcare, maternal and child health services, disease screening, health education workshops, and emergency first aid.
